The Star Ferry is a historic ferry service in Hong Kong, first established in 1888, providing long-standing passenger transport across Victoria Harbour between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. It was once a primary mode of cross-harbour travel for residents and remains an important commuting and sightseeing service, recognized as a cultural symbol of Hong Kong.
