新城市廣場是香港其中一座大型商場，位於沙田市中心，鄰近沙田火車站及沙田大會堂，為區內主要的購物及公共活動空間。錄音於商場與沙田大會堂百步梯之間的廣場空地進行，可以聽到遊人交談的聲音，以及小孩玩耍的聲響。
New Town Plaza is one of Hong Kong’s large shopping malls, located in the center of Sha Tin, near Sha Tin Station and the Sha Tin Town Hall. It serves as a major shopping and public activity space in the district. The recording was made in the open plaza between the mall and the Sha Tin Town Hall “Hundred Steps” staircase. Sounds of visitors talking and children playing can be heard.
